At Kinematics Rehab, our licensed acupuncturists provide evidence-informed, holistic care to support pain relief, stress reduction, and whole-body wellness. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking for a more natural approach to health, acupuncture can help.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate a natural healing response. Research supports its effectiveness in treating acute and chronic pain, muscle tension, and stress-related conditions. By targeting muscles, nerves, tendons, and fascia, acupuncture promotes circulation, reduces inflammation, and enhances recovery.
Electro-acupuncture applies a gentle electrical current between acupuncture needles, enhancing pain relief and accelerating healing. This technique stimulates nerve fibers, increases the release of natural painkillers (endorphins and opioids) at inflammation sites, and helps with muscle recovery, nerve pain, and chronic conditions such as arthritis or sciatica.
Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote relaxation. We use digital cupping, which combines adjustable suction with red light therapy to further enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and support muscle recovery.
Our clinic also offers a heated scraper, a modern take on Gua Sha, which helps release muscle tightness, break down adhesions, and improve circulation. The combination of heat and controlled scraping provides deep muscle relief, making it an effective treatment for tension, pain, and mobility issues.
At Kinematics, we combine traditional techniques with modern innovations to provide safe, effective, and personalized treatments tailored to your health needs.
